Small Fitness Classes in Norwich

Small Classes

Our small classes are held in our private gym. Great for anyone who does not like big classes as we have a maximum of 6 people per session.

Because of the size of the class you really do get looked after, its a bit like Personal Training as we are able to teach as well as train so you gain so much more. The team spirit is very evident as you can work together as well as working on your own fitness and goals.

You can try anything from lifting weights, circuits to functional fitness.

Cost is £7 for non members or £5 for members.

A great class where lifting weights correctly and effectively is the aim. Everybody should lift.

Monday 6.30pm, Tuesday 6.15am, Thursday 6.00pm

Book onto Lifting Weights

For those who like to train using various pieces of equipment this will be great for you.

It will be based along the lines of a circuit style class where you will be able to work on strength, general fitness including a focus on core strength.

Core Boxing
Core Boxing

A class where you can now try anything from lifting weights, circuits to core boxing.

Great for core stability, will challenge balance and coordination while improving strength & range of movement.
