"When I first attended Norwich Fitness Club I wasn't in a good place. I struggled with nerves and it took my friend several attempts to get me to Boxcamp. At first I thought I wouldn't fit in as I wasn't very fit either but Sharon and the rest of the group made me feel so comfortable that I went every Thursday. Since then I do Boxcamp twice a week plus other classes and I am beginning to feel stronger, not just physically but emotionally too.
This club isn't just a club, we are a mini community who support each other all the way. Both Brad and Sharon are amazing people and make the activities loads of fun! I often leave a class having laughed so much my sides ache as well as the muscles we worked.

"I've been a member of Norwich Fitness Club since attending the first 'Ladies that Lift' back in February 2017. I was a little apprehensive at first as I didn't know what to expect and have never really been in a gym environment before, however I had nothing to be nervous about as both Brad and Sharon are fantastic trainers.
They are patient and will take you through the exercises to ensure that you are doing them properly and to maximise the benefits from working out. I joined as I wanted to improve my strength and general fitness and have already seen a massive improvement.
