Fitness Classes in Norwich

Our Classes

Our classes are held in our private gym. Great for anyone who does not like big classes as we have a maximum of 8 people in our body conditioning class, 12 in circuits and up to 12 in our boxing classes.

Because of the size of the class you really do get looked after, it is a bit like Personal Training as we are able to teach as well as train so you gain so much more. The team spirit is very evident as you can work together as well as working on your own fitness and goals.

You can try anything from circuits to boxing and of course not forgetting our outdoor Bootcamp at Drayton.

All classes must be booked in advance which you can do on our booking system, so book as many sessions as you like to keep you training hard for the months ahead. Please note once you have paid classes are non-refundable or transferable so please make sure you book only what you can attend.

Monday
Body Conditioning

This class will give you a full body workout using various weights to body weight, increasing strength and fitness along with learning correct form and technique so you can enjoy the results lifting brings.

Tuesday
Balance / Core

This class trains you to feel your body working, enabling you to work on any imbalances, it has been designed to strengthen your entire body, specifically your glutes and core. A great compliment to your weeks training.

Wednesday
Body Circuits

A typical circuit of high intensity training using various pieces of equipment to help with strength and endurance and of course general fitness.

Thursday
Boxcamp

Pad work boxing mixed with core drills - 5 rounds of Boxing will soon leave you feeling better, a great workout for the body and mind! You don’t have to be an experienced boxer, you will soon pick it up with this friendly class also a great way to get your cardio in!

Saturday
The Real Outdoor Bootcamp

All the equipment is out for our popular Bootcamp where you can flip or drag the tyres, battle with the rope to swinging kettle bells plus so much more. To monitor progress, we do monthly fitness and strength tests during the session, a great way to see how far you have come. Many are surprised about how far they progress with a little bit of perseverance on their part and a whole lot of encouragement from the team and our trainers.

I was a little apprehensive at first as I didn't know what to expect and have never really been in a gym environment before, however I had nothing to be nervous about as both Brad and Sharon are fantastic trainers.

They are patient and will take you through the exercises to ensure that you are doing them properly and to maximise the benefits from working out. I joined as I wanted to improve my strength and general fitness and have already seen a massive improvement.
